In Tuesdays lesson, we started out first Jazz lesson. For the first our Kat went through different movements with us and ran a Jazz workshop for the class on the basics. In the second hour, we started learning a phrase to opening song from 'La La Land'.
WWW: When we learnt the piece my timing and musicality were quite good. My kicks and pirouettes have improved as well.
EBI: I need to work on my arm placement and ensuring that I have full extension in them and my hands are splayed.
